I not only fell off the wagon

Options
the durn thing backed up and ran over me! School starts next week so I WILL get back on track. Quite literally, actually, when I do speed workouts! Of course, if the mechanic has bad news about the swagger wagon today, I will be walking and biking a lot more, too. Ugh.

Good thing fall is getting ready to arrive - the kids will be back in school and temps will drop - making it a perfect time to walk and ride. Loving PTC.

I didn't wait til next week. I ran today. With school starting next week it's easier to get and stay on track. No excuses here.

So, ran 12 miles Saturday and am riding today. School is back in session and I am on the wagon. Perched on the tailgate with my legs swinging off the end.
