Oakhurst skim milk has 407mg of potassium. I bought a gallon of Hood 1% milk at the store the other night, and potassium is n/a'd or zero. Why is this? Is it that they dont track it with Hood? Does all milk have the same general amount of potassium in it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

From what I've seen, all milk has the same general amount of potassium. Here's something I found on the National Dairy Council's website.

Milk isn't a natural source of high potassium, especially the lower fat kind. You can get lots of potassium in naturally in fruits and vegetables, check out this list: http://www.drugs.com/cg/potassium-content-of-foods-list.html0
