Anybody use Chia seeds?

I was going to start taking PGX but a friend introduced me to chia seeds. I started comparing both products and they both claim to do the same thing, but one is organic and the other is unknown.

I found that I feel full longer, more energy and have noticed a change in my sugar levels when I use it.

Anybody else uses them or know more about them?

Chia seeds are starting to appear in bread etc. I used them in a similar way to flax seeds, they provide fibre and omega fats.

I add them to my Overnight Oats. I can't taste them and I guess they're supposed to be good for you. Would I recommend them because I've noticed any type of 'feeling different"? Nope

I also probably wouldn't buy them again when this bag is gone, they're pricey and I just don't notice anything while using them.

    They're not bad, though

I know I was "using" them wrong, it seems to get their full effect, you need to let them "gel" in water or something liquid for 15-20min. I never felt any changes until I did it right.
