oscar myer lean smoked ham

in Food and Nutrition
there are 3 slices per serving and 2 grams of fat,
what is out there shows 60 cals and nothing else?
there are people like me concerned about cholesterol and fat more then just
calories.

    try getting a low sodium honey smoked turkey, i get healthy ones or oscar meyer brand usually only has around 60-80 calories per serving and 1.5 g of fat.

    If you're asking about what the MFP database shows for it, you can edit that entry for your journal, so that it includes the fat information. Go to the nutrition data, select "No" for is the data accurate, and it should give you an edit button.
