“Coffee should be black as Hell, strong as death, and sweet as love” -- Turkish proverb

Turks are wise. We had coffee like that in Brazil, too. It was in a little espresso cup and they drank it as a digestive aid after meals. Liqueurs were used, as well. But, ohhhh, that coffee.

I'm VERY picky about my coffee.

I like 18 g of coffee, freshly ground. Brewed in a french press. No sugar, no cream.

OR if I'm feeling crazy, I'll have a soy latte...mm

    My Rule of thumb is:
your coffee color should match your skin color, with no sugar.
I'd just be drinking creamer; Swedish/Irish.

    Bulletproof coffee.

    No sugar.

18oz of organic italian roasted coffee brewed into a french press. Move the coffee into a blender machine. Blend it with 1.5 TBSP of Kerrygold unsalted butter, and 1 TBSP of MCT oil. It will keep you going for 8 hours!

It will help you to lose your weight because it breakdown your fats.

    Ditto, Nothing better...

Nevermind my previous post inquiring as to the use of butter in coffee, I searched it on the internet. Interesting!! Being familiar wtih casein protein and the dangers.....this makes very good sense!!!!

For everyday/everymorning: Folger's Black Silk with fat free vanilla creamer.

Special Occasions and if I could have it all the time: 5 or 6 oz real Italian cappuccino. 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, 1/3 foam. Like from Gino's in Livorno, Cappuccino.

I only drink espresso--four shots every morning, straight up from my Italian espresso machine. No sugar, no milk.

I gave up coffee a week ago tomorrow. I drank it with coffee mate vanilla latte creamer and truvia. I felt like the creamer was killing my weight loss. So I switched to Yogi Green Energy Tea with truvia.
