I am 5' 4" and 235 pounds. I am still in the same size 24W that I was in at my starting weight. I need to lose about another inch off my hips and waist before I will be able to fit into my 22W jeans.0

I am 5'4", started out at a 2X, or an 18W/20W (which usually equates to a 20/22 ladies). Now I've moved over to the ladies section of the store where I normally wear about a 16. So comparatively, I've lost about 4 sizes, and I'm down 45 lbs. I want to lose about 50 more, but I'm 55 years old so we'll see how that works out.0

It amazes me how women of the same height can be shaped so differently! Like one can weigh more but wear a smaller pants size.
I'm 5'10", 145 lbs roughly. A little less than a month ago when I started this journey, my size 8 shorts were uncomfortably tight and I was breaking out my 10's. That was at 148-149 lbs. Now my size 8's fit nicely. Usually it takes more than 3-4 pounds for me to notice a difference in the way my clothes fit, since I'm tall. But I'm also doing the 30DS so I'm hoping that some of it is that I've lost fat and gained a little muscle so it's just not showing on the scale as much. I haven't re-measured to know for sure.
For easy reading -
Height - 5'10"
Weight - 145
Shirt size - Medium
Pants size - 8
Dress size - Medium or 6/8 depending on how it's cut
I'd like to get into size 6 pants again by the time I've reached my goal (which has more to do with body fat % than weight at this point).0 -
I'm 5'2" and weigh 150 - I'm a size 5 - I don't know what I wore at my highest because I only wore sweats. I did try on my 6s and couldn't button them so I probably wore a 10?
Trying to get to a 00/0!0
