 I am not going to lie, but it is a little tougher for me than I thought, my body isn't use to this anymore, It definitely shows me how much I let myself go over the years, but I do enjoy the challenge. I am only walking, but for me I have to force myself to stay focused and motivated. I will not give up though 0 0
