Newbie with MFP

I've struggled with my weight all my life and have yo-yoed a lot. For the last few years, I've been able to maintain my weight within a 5 pound limit, but I'm fifty (perhaps even 65) pounds overweight. My goal is to lose all this weight, and then maintain. I'm hoping the listing of food will help me in this journey. All support is welcome. :smile:

    HEY! Are you drinking enough water? You should be drinking half your body weight and then covert into ounces. Are you on medications that might prevent you from losing wieght or do smoke? Just a couple thoughts?
