    I do both, started cycling (watching the telly lol) but now I mainly run although on the bike tonight. I noticed a massive difference with running, fitness, stamina, toning. Running works every part of you. But maybe you could do a bit of both?

    Do both! I do both and I love it. My knees can't take too many days in a row or one or the other.

    Thanks everyone! What kind of weights program should i use? how much how often? Ive never done any weight before!

    I use all the upper body resistance weights with low load and high reps. If you are just using weights at home just get the girly ones and follow their advice charts :)

    You can also use resistance bands for some strength and core work.
