Homemade Whole Wheat Tomato & Basil Pizza

Just made this today and posted a picture on my FB page.

Serving Size: 1/8 of the pizza
Calories: 227 Fat: 8.4g Fiber: 3.5g
Carbs: 31.4g Protein: 10.2g
Dough
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Package Instant Yeast
¾ tsp Salt
1 Cup Hot Water
1 tbsp Veg Oil
1 tbsp Honey or Sugar
Mix together and let set for about 30 mins covered.
Pre Heat Oven to 415. Place dough on a well greased pizza pan or sheet pan. Press dough to cover the bottom of the pan and up the sides to form a rim.
Pizza
1 tsp Olive oil
2 Cloves Minced Fresh Garlic
Tomato & Basil Classico (Marinara) Sauce 1.5 cups
1 tsp Oregano (dried)
Fresh or Sargento Mozzarella Cheese Just over a cup
Fresh Thin sliced Tomatoes
6 Fresh torn Basil Leaves
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Brush Olive Oil on all the crust. Sprinkle chopped garlic, Then add Sauce, Sprinkle Oregano, Cheese, Top with Sliced Tomatoes, Torn Basil Leaves and finish with fresh Parmesan Cheese.
Cook for 15-20 mins till crust is golden brown and toppings are done.

Sounds yummy. Wonder how the counts would be altered with a premade crust (such as a Boboli)?

I'm no gardner - basil is super easy to grow, quick & fairly sturdy. Oregano ..... I have to start with a plant or I kill it.
Pizza - sounds delish! Love making my own crust.0
