Lifting and Calluses

I just started lifting heavier in CrossFit, but now my hands are rough especially where my fingers and palm meet. What can I do to relieve this?

Find a really good pair of workout gloves. They will become your best friend.0

Gloves help. Personally, I just shave them off occasionally.
