34 & heaviest I've ever been

Options
I have issues with doing the exercise, especially when I work overtime at work. By the time I get home I have a couple hours to do something and usually it's not exercising. I don't tend to eat diner, cause I snake on fruit or cheese at work til I leave, so at least i'm not eating late & sleeping on it. I'm hypoglycemic so I should have been doing this a long time ago.
I looked at my weight and mourned for my post Navy, anorexia looking, 126 pound body, compared to this 184 insanity..... being too skinny was better than being too fat. After the first day of logging my food intake vs. exercise(or lack thereof), I realized I needed to step up my progress.
Here's to more exercise and a healthier end to my 30's.

I started with a goal to get back to the weight I was when I left for the Navy. If I can get back to my 135 high school weight, that'll be better. Thanks!
