My Breakfast - 280 Calories!!

I decided I would share the breakfast that I love to eat in the mornings, it makes me super full and its super easy! Plus, did I mention its only 280 calories?!
This is the breakfast I like to stick with because its absolutely filling and super delicious for 280 calories. Makes me feel like I'm eating a HUGE breakfast when I'm only eating 280 Calories.
You can get everything at Wal-mart, and its not extremely expensive either!!
I'll give you the recipe and I will list the brands used.
3 Tbsp Great Value 100% Eggwhites
1/2 Cup Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles
1/4 Cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Fat Free Cheese
2 Slices toasted 45 Calorie Delightful Sara Lee Bread
1 Tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Butter
1 Tbsp Smuckers Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves
Cooking Spray
I spray my pan, measure out my eggwhites, dump them in and season with Salt and Pepper,
I pop the toast in the toaster.
Once the eggwhites have become solid like, I dump the cheese and sausage on it, and let it warm a little and then I kind of make an omelet or sometimes I just scramble it all up like scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese in it.
I butter my toast, measure out my jelly, put it on one slice of toast.
I eat one slice of toast with the omelet mixture on top, then the other with the jelly.
I am sooooo full after I finish eating this I feel like I went to a restaurant and had a HUGE breakfast. I feel so good eating this and its only 280 calories.
I'm sure you could modify this to your liking, maybe with some turkey bacon(delish)!!
