    You are truly an inspiration. Thank you for sharing your encouraging story and pics with us. I am 5' tall and my highest weight was 286 lbs, over the past couple of years I have managed to get down to 223 lbs and my goal is to get down to 125 lbs. Your journey is really going to be a big motivator.
