Need some losing weight tips

I am a young female very depress with my body just need others suggestions of good ways I could lose my stomach thats my main problem.:cry:

    Bad news....you cant spot lose. GOOD news is....you are young and if you go on a weight loss program and do some exercising, I have no doubt you can lose the belly. I am much older than you with a belly I never had when I was young and mine is slowly going down. You should have better results. :)
  • What kinds of food. Do you enjoy? Water with a little lemon juice for flavor with splenda. Or sweet and low or the equate brand. Instead of soda or take two ounces of juice to water for flavor. Minimize your pastas and starches. I believe you can eat anything its all about portion control. Try listing the food in the food counter you can judge how each food you can eat it's trial and error measure the portion if the calories are to high eat a smaller portion and eat more of the foods like raw or steamed veggies. If you have a craving you can eat it. Try to plan ahead. Hope these are suggestions you can use and pass on to others

    Plan plan plan! The more you plan the better you'll stay on track. Also pick a realistic goal, it too dropping my goal to only .5 lbs down a week for me to stay on track and get results, I'm down over 25lbs and over halfway to my goal doing this!

    Working out is a must too, building muscle will help you look slimmer, and burners calories. There are a lot of women on here who started strength training and look like they've lost 20lbs but may have only dropped 5! It definitely makes a difference :)
