Hello. New to this unsure what to do

So i've had an account for about three months but only started using it this week. How am i supposed to use it what do i do?

    It's awesome, keeps your goals in perspective while you log your food, exercises., and water. It's kinda hard to keep at it unless your really committed. I log everything! However when I first downloaded the app I only did it a few times and then ignored it. Each day is a learning tool, at the end of the day you look at the stats and next day think "how can I do better". At least that's what it's done for me! Best of luck!
