Weight Loss Supplements

I'm looking to take some supplements to help me loose and avoid those really long plateau's.
I'll list them below...

Pure Super Green Coffee Bean Extract - 800mg
Raspberry Ketone Lean Weight Loss Blend - 1200mg
(also contains African Mango, Acai & Resveratrol, Apple Cider Vinegar, Kelp, Grapefruit, and Caffeine)

Tell me what your opinion is on them? Have you tried them? Any results?

I take the Acai and Raspberry Ketones. For me, it is working. I have heard others say they don't work. All I know, is it is working for me. You may feel hungry but you fill up much quicker. Some days I have to remind myself to eat because hunger pangs are non-existent. Other days, I feel like I could eat a horse but when I start eating, I get full and get through the day much easier. I also drink as much water as I can. If you drink at least 16 oz of water before eating it helps too.

I really despise diet pills b/c it really has no benefits. Yes, i've heard it worked and also saw it worked but once they got off from it, they would immediately gain the weight back faster than they lost it. But there is a quicker and easier way to lose more weight and thats with intermittent fasting. I've done several reading over and over to confirm that this has to work. Tried it myself for 3 weeks and the results are amazing. If you have time. watch HORIZON EAT, FAST, AND LIVE LONGER on Youtube. the entire series last about an hour long separated by 4 videos. It's simply amazing. Let me know what you think.

My trainer told me suppliments are a waste of money and a total rip off, and I didnt need them, eating clean is where its at, and he was right 25 pounds later and here I am, and to think, all that money stayed in my pocket, and i spent it on new clothes instead

Louiyen and imchichbad- I despise diet pills too. I've wasted plenty of money on them to find out they never worked. I guess supplements could be counted in that number too. Problem is I have other health problems and diet (even eating clean) isn't giving me the results. I've never really tried fasting, cause I just don't think it's for me. I get really moody and shaky if I don't eat.

I'm smart enough now to not look for a magic pill, but just something that helps with my diet and exercise.

I'd be happy with the results you've been having LJ. Hopefully they will do something!
