Do you use MFP to track your progress? I'm thinking about building a tool that automatically adjusts my goals for MFP depending on the day +20/-20 type of day.
Because let's face it, it's pretty annoying having to not only remember the percentages of P/F/CHO each time we start a new day, but also the caloric surplus / caloric deficit required to achieve our recomping goals.
Let me know if this is something you'd use or be interesting in trying out. It'll be free, of course. And for security your myfitnesspal username/password will not be stored anywhere, only used to connect to your account to change your goals. I don't know how I can show you that it's not saving the password anywhere, but I'll be happy to assure you it's not.
Lmk thanks
