Hi, It's only my 2nd day and I am still learning my way around. I am 52year and have alot to lose. So I may be here for a while :)

    Yes, thank the Dear Lord for Womens World. This magazine has some really good information at times and this sure is one of them. This is the best web site I've found lately. Completed a 12 week weight lose online class which had the same talk format. Was very encouraging and here this one is and it's free. Thanks to the people that thought this up. Very encouraging so far.
