Before/Almost After, 45 lbs gone

Started running August 2010, and now in 24 months have slowly but steadily dropped 45 lbs. back to my college weight. Would like to drop 5 more lbs and maintain/tone, and MFP has been a HUGE help keeping me focused on the goal!
If I could figure out how to put the pictures on here.......I don't post much so I'm not sure how to do that.

    congrats! that's awesome. I am in awe of all you runners :) (i've started to 'jog' a bit - just for a minute or two to break up my brisk walking - but i'd never call myself a runner!) way to go!
