i'm back

i started in june and stopped in august i did lose 20 pounds. i started again this monday an i am on track. my start weight this time is still 14 pounds from my start weight this summer but i did put back 7 my daughter gets married this jult and my goal is 5 pounds per month to get to 236. i have started to read Jillians book for motivation, food, and workout motivation.
