Do I have an apple shaped body?

These are recent photos I have taken of myself and as you can see, I have a huge belly that I want to lose. Are there any specific exercises for my particular body type? Keep in mind as well that I have polycystic ovarian syndrome which is also overwhelming in my weight loss goals. I weigh over 300 lbs and I am only about 5'2".

I can't see your pics, but I doubt you look like an apple

PCOS /IR messes up not just your reproductive hormones like most people think, but your metabolic hormones as well (cortisol, leptin, insulin, adrenalin, etc.). This is why PCOS so easy gain and so hard to lose. But it can be reigned back in and once you learn how to control PCOS/IR we can diet with the best of them. So don't worry. P.s. The apple shape comes from being IR. The IR often comes from being PCOS. Come over to the PCOS forums for more help. Best wishes xx.0
