Your Favorite Workout Song?

So we all have bands and genres that get us pumped to work out, the many perks of music. What is the song that gets you the most pumped up to go work out, or better yet the song that gives you that extra energy to lift? Can be any genre, band/rapper, or song, from the shrieking licks of Eddie Van Halen to the soothing sounds of Ron Burgandy's blue jazz flute. Or maybe it's multiple songs like me.

My current favorite song to run to is Love Today by MIKA. For anyone that has seen Get Him to the Greek, it is the song form the Central Park jogging scene.

Walk by Pantera! Come on?!? Who doesn't get pumped up by that song!!!

But i have to say all things from Godsmack to Led Zeppelin, from Cavo to Timbaland , from JT and Britney Spears to FFDP and MDD, from Nicki Minaj to J Lo and Pitbull to Jay Z, Beyonce and Notorious BIG, from Finger Eleven and Seether to Mike Posner and Kanye are in my playlist. Oh and Saving Abel, Hinder, David Banner, Nickelback, Seven Mary Three , MIA, Cracker, Kevin Rudoloh, David Guetta, Ludacris, 3OH!3, Ke$ha, Redlight Kiing, Rihanna, Eminem, Emphatic, Kelis, Akon... I could go on and on...

I think i have by far one of the most eclectic tastes in music i know.

I have my own little warm up I do jumping rope to a song called, "Get To The Gone" by Static X. I put it on repeat and do it six times through from beginning to end. That song will have you ready to fricking move mountains.
