i'm cutting out 900 calories a day, and walking for 1 hr...


what kind of results should i expect?

    If you make sure that you are cutting out the "right" 900 calories (sugars etc..) and walking at a fast enough pace to get your heart rate up.. you will probably lose more than 2 pounds a week at first. This loss will taper down as you get slimmer. I have recently found out myself about weight training and how building more muscle helps you burn more calories. So maybe add some of that in as well. good luck :)

    the 900 calories comes solely from soda! ( i drink about a 2 litre a day, if not more)
