How did you do it?!
By cutting out rubbish, not snacking on junk and exercise... smaller plate and small portions and low fat food0 -

Go to the success stories and read through the posts.
There are no magic pills, quick fixes. Though hypnotherapy can be helpful I guess.
But it really is hard work and making sensible food choices. Working on calorie deficit, exercising, drinking plenty of water.
The most important thing is to change your way of thinking, this is what I've grasped. It won't come off overnight. It might take many months or years, but if you make lifestyle changes and new habits, it will happen!0 -

This is the only way hun, as the previous poster has said it is also mind over matter and changing how you view food0 -

^^^^^ Exactly this - no secrets - got my butt of the couch, and started eating less crap - more vegetables, good protein, very little sugar ;-) ......
Smaller portions, weigh and log everything you eat, count calories........and exercise to get fit and healthy and strong (and be able to eat more)0 -
I think remembering it wont happen over night too. It took me 6 yrs to get this fat, so if it takes me 2 yrs (this is my target ) then i think thats pretty good going. Eat less, move more. go for the healthy option over the junk.0

I lost over 180 pounds...it took me 6 years (and still have at least another 20 pounds to lose)...i did it by clean eating...exercising 4 times a week...i ate 1800 cals a week and zigzagged my calories. I also tried to avoid eating grain carbs at dinner most nights0

I've lost 91.5 pounds by cutting calories and exercising. I watch what I eat, measure/weigh everything and count every calorie that goes into my mouth. I exercise 6 days a week.
Good luck!!0 -

Focus on the food choices you make and surround yourself with positive people who live a healthy lifestyle.0

Eat less. Move more.
That's it. Play with different things to eat so you feel satisfied. Try 3 big meals a day, or 5 little ones, or 1 huge one. Try low carb, or high carb. Try running, walking, biking, lifting.
Then eat the way you like, and exercisie doing what you like.
Add some time and there ya go.0 -
pretty simple, believe it or not (no one ever really seems to want to hear this but here goes).
eat right. lots of lean proteins, fresh foods, no fast food or packaged foods, healthy choices when eating out, limited alcohol. tons of water.
exercise. strength training and cardio - exericse 5-6 days a week - every week.... get more active in your regular life. take the stairs more, park farther from the store, stop being lazy.
that's it.0 -
i did it with porn and pretzels eveytime i felt hungry i ate a pretzel then looked at porn .. other than the always being thirsty the near blindness and the unusally hairy palms i stand by this method.....0
