Key Lime Cheesecake Bars

6 low fat honey grahms
2 tblspn. best life butter
1 tsp. splenda
3/4c. boiling water
1 4oz. sugar free lime jello gelatin
1 16 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
1 8 oz. fat -free cream cheese (softened)
1 8oz. container fat-free whipped topping frozen!!
Key lime or Limes cut in wedges optional for topping

In a small bowl combine crushed crackers margarine and splenda. Press mixture on bottom of a 2 quart baking dish.

Refridgerate while preparing filling.

In a large bowl combine lime gelatin and 3/4 cup boiling water,stir until dissolved and set aside.

In a blender or food processor combine cottage chheese, cream cheese and blend until smooth. Whisk half mixture in jello then whisk in the remaining half.

Fold in whipped topping

Spoon over chilled crust, cover and refridgerate 8-24 hours

until filling is firm to serve
