Ladies i need help!!!

okay so it's around my time of the month and I really DO want my period because in 10 days im going away......will running/exercise help it come i heard when you run (not a lot where I'd lose my period just 20-30min lighly) its get things shaking and you'll get it is that true.....in june i started exercising and eating healthy and i got it around the 25th of that month then in july (still eating healthy) i got it around the 12th the last couple days I've had little cramps and i was wondering will exercise help it come or should i hold off since i've heard exercise could delay it so any thoughts

    Your short term activities are not going to force your period. Changes to your cycle happen over time.

    sorry man, I agree with skylark. Alas, the period is a pain, it comes when your body says its time, no way to rush it.

    There really is nothing you can do right now to force it. Yes, physical activity can change it but if you're already mid-cycle right now, you aren't going to change anything by stopping or starting your work outs.

    FWIW, I have noticed a change in mine but it wasn't until I was working out, hard and daily for nearly six months.

    Agreed, you can't jump-start your period, nor can you delay it through activities.

    But if it helps, when I started on birth control pills it made my periods very predictable every four weeks. When due day arrives, I even usually know what TIME of day it's going to start. Really helps me plan my life a lot more easily.
