did anyone try bodyrock.tv??? I would like to hear feed back

yep! I like their workouts occasionally. Bodyweight strength training and interval training, they are all typically under 20 mins so easy to squeeze in on days you don't have a lot of time to head to the gym. Or sometimes I add them to what I already do.
I don't have all of the equipment that they use, but you can search for routines that don't use any equipment or sub out the sandbag for weights or things around the house.0 -

AHHHHH! I love LOVE BodyRock.tv.
I love the yoga flows with Teshia the most!
But my only issue with their workouts is my right wrist is permanently injured, so I can't do all the push-ups & such that they do. I'm still working on a modification for that! But other than that, who doesn't like to get a kick *kitten* workout in 15 minutes or less?0 -
I used to only do bodyrock workouts 5 days a week. I don't do it daily anymore. I got good results from it. I just moved onto more strength training.0
