I want a lean body and this is how I'll do it!!

Hi there my name is Eleanor, my friends call me Ellie. I am 35, a mom of a 10 year old little girl, and I’m married to a wonderful man that’s also my training partner!

My goal is fitness and overall body toning, my body fat percentage is 23, ideally I would like to bring it down to 18% (OMW it’s really hard!!). But I’m motivated and dedicated to my eating plan and fitness routine. So lets see if I can achieve my goal in the next 40 days. I will log everything I eat and all the exercises (cardio and weight training) everyday. I love this site as I can now also track everything on my iPhone WOW!!

After doing weight training for 7 months and cardio for 17 months consistently, I’ve realised that’s it’s what I put into your mouth that makes the difference. I can train till the cows come home but if I don’t eat the right amount of calories, take the right supplements my body fat % will continue to be high and muscle will never surface.

Wish me luck as 40 days from now I expect to achieve my goal!
