Okay so I came across a recipe for a brownie in a mug and thought I'd share it with you :)

Ingredients:
2 tsp of sugar or Stevia
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 tbsp of water
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein

Directions:
1. Add all dry ingredients in your mug
2. Add oil and water
3. Mix until consistent
4. Put in microwave and cook for 1 min and 40 secs
5. Take it out (very hot!)
6. If you feel like it, even top it with a scoop of ice cream!

Sorry if you don't like it, but it is worth trying :)
Plus it's not really too healthy lol

    A LOT of calories!!
  • A LOT of calories!!

If you're like me and have an intense workout or practice from 6-9 and you get home, this is a quick snack to make up for your exercise cals plus get protein in for your muscles. Plus nobody said you had to eat it :)

That is a good way to get protein and eat back those exercise calories cause I'm just not hungry sometimes and I know I need t:o eat them back. What better way than CHOCOLATE anything!!!

I wasn't in any way being snarky...just noting an observation! :-)
