Water - Mini Challenge Daily Goal

I have been doing so much better this week in all that goes in my mouth!

Challenge! Drink up!
I've been getting back on the water wagon!
Today my goal is the suggested 8 servings....3 down , 5 to go!

What's your goal for today/post your progress thru the day!

  • Quick question; how much counts as a serving?
    Gave up trying to track my water on here, as I've got no idea how much a cup is (from UK!)
    Been measuring myself by drinking out of 500ml bottles, and have been drinking 1.5-2L per day, and don't really know how to record..

    8 oz is a serving.
    500ML = 16.9 oz or 2 cups plus a little extra

    Drinking water is a huge help in my appetite! I eat like a manly man, meat and taters and lots of it!

    Some days I just do not seem to drink enough water and have been really trying to increase this so this mini challenge will be good for me so I am in, goal= 8 servings, 1 1/2 down. I better drink up ;~)
