OMG! I manage an ISP.. how is our fault you don't check your statements or email or mailbox? You did not pay YOUR bill that is your fault not ours. That is my rant. I am about to throat punch this ***** in my office! GAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!! *bangs head on desk* Why your parents allowed to make you!??! *insert meme face here*

    I work in a call center for a governement agency so I know EXACTLY what you mean. People get mad at US for not paying THEIR tax bill. Morons

    I get these people everyday. Thankfully, if I have tried really hard to be really nice and they still don't get it. My boss lets me be as blantly clear as I wanna be that they are dumb. I just cant actually say they are dumb.

    I take patient phone calls and people amaze me. It is funny how you felt great after the injection but now that your insurance won't cover it, suddenly the injection "didn't work" and you should have to pay for it! Yeah ok!
