FIRST POST - Sharing NSVs

I've been logging and sweating away on this site for months now. I've lost 15 lbs - totally forgot how good it feels to get fit again - what a rush!

Today I have to share this week's NSVs:

1) I had to start a pile of "too big" clothes today
2) I put on a pair of pants on Monday that I haven't worn in three years
a) and I tucked my shirt in
b) and I had to wear a belt
3) getting toward the end of the C25K program and did the segment that included a 20 min non-stop jog on Monday.
4) lifted weights all by myself last night... ok, that's not really a big deal, but I was pretty proud of myself.

Thanks to all of my fitness pals who continue to be so awesome and encourage me to follow suit.
