protein snacks for work?

Can anyone recommend a good low cal/ low carb/ high protein snack for the office?
I don't have a blender handy here to make shakes so I'm looking for something a little more "grab and go" with little prep.
My three main meals and pretty solid, with lots of veggies and nice lean meats, but I fidn that my snacks are a little more on the carb side.

In a time crunch, I go for Atkins bars (150 cal, 10 g protein) or a nonfat Chobani (100 cals, 18 g protein.) I sometimes mix 2 tbsp sugar free high fiber jam in, too, which adds 20 calories and 6g fiber.0

Hard cheeses on reduced-carb crackers or crispbread (e.g. Kavli).

Celery? Carrot sticks? You're going to have to eat a hell of a lot of those to get a good "protein snack" like the OP asked for...0 -
Love greek yogurt in the late afternoon.
Hummus and veggies? Or even easier, those Sabra hummus with pretzel combos.0 -
I actually grill a couple of chicken breasts and bring between 4 and 6 ounces a day for my 2pm snack.0

hard boiled eggs, light string cheese, single serving of 2% cottage cheese, greek yogurt. I think most of those things have already been mentioned.0

Oh, I forgot to mention turkey jerky and beef jerky, in regular and teriyaki flavors. Thanks to the PP who reminded me.0
