protein snacks for work?

Options
Can anyone recommend a good low cal/ low carb/ high protein snack for the office?
I don't have a blender handy here to make shakes so I'm looking for something a little more "grab and go" with little prep.
My three main meals and pretty solid, with lots of veggies and nice lean meats, but I fidn that my snacks are a little more on the carb side.

In a time crunch, I go for Atkins bars (150 cal, 10 g protein) or a nonfat Chobani (100 cals, 18 g protein.) I sometimes mix 2 tbsp sugar free high fiber jam in, too, which adds 20 calories and 6g fiber.

    Hard-boiled eggs.

Hard cheeses on reduced-carb crackers or crispbread (e.g. Kavli).

    Single-serve plain Greek yogurt.

    Carrot sticks.

    Celery.

    almonds
    lite string cheese
    Greek yogurt
    BNRG protein bars
hard boiled eggs (I only eat the whites)

Celery? Carrot sticks? You're going to have to eat a hell of a lot of those to get a good "protein snack" like the OP asked for...

Love greek yogurt in the late afternoon.

Hummus and veggies? Or even easier, those Sabra hummus with pretzel combos.

I actually grill a couple of chicken breasts and bring between 4 and 6 ounces a day for my 2pm snack.

hard boiled eggs, light string cheese, single serving of 2% cottage cheese, greek yogurt. I think most of those things have already been mentioned.

Oh, I forgot to mention turkey jerky and beef jerky, in regular and teriyaki flavors. Thanks to the PP who reminded me.
