    What's your favorite healthy fast food salad?

    I am addicted to the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad at McDonald's and also like the Chick-fil-A Southwest Chargrilled Salad w/fat free honey mustard.

    What's everyone else eating?! :)

      I only have fast food chain salads once every few months or so, but the one I typically try to locate if I need something on the run is the Togo's Asian Chicken. For the full size the stats are pretty decent, clocking in at 200 cal, 4.5g of fat, 400mg of sodium, 17g of carbs and 21g of protein. Plus it's actually really tasty.

      Arby's Farmhouse with Grilled Chicken. It is low in calories, unlike some salads that I have checked out.

      I am also a fan of the Southwest Grilled Chicken at McD's... I've heard their Asian Grilled Chicken is quite good too.

      Not a chain, but there's a local joint that does bbq taters. . 3 oz lean brisket on a baked white potato (no cheese, margarine, or sour cream) I take it home and use Brummel & Brown Yogurt spread on it if I feel like it's too dry.

      I'f i'm really hungry Moe's Joey Bag Of Doughnuts, steak, pinto, minus cheese, minus rice; plus pico, cilantro, fresh jalapenos, hard rock sauce

      My favorite fast food joint is Krystal. Totally NOT healthy in any way shape or form. . . although I always forgo mayonnaise (do not like) and cheese (not worth it).

      Ditto, when I have to grab and go these are the two salads I typically choose!!! So good!

      Wendy's 'Apple Pecan Chicken Salad' & their 'Berry Almond Chicken Salad'. Always fresh lettuce & fruit.

      Wendys berry almond chicken salad. It's pretty similar to the ones I make at home, actually. I rarely eat out at fast food places, but those are pretty good and always fresh :)

      Berry Almond Salad is awesome.. but I really like Zaxby's House Grilled.

      Jack In The Box southwest grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette . Yum!
