Hi, I've been using MFP since June, and have started reading posts more recently. Your stories are so inspiring - thank you! But I can't figure out what NSV stands for, and why people say "Bump" in reply to success stories. Please enlighten me? :flowerforyou:

NSV = Non scale victory from what I've read. And people use "Bump" as a way of keeping that post in there history so they can go back to it later, Hope I helped [:0

Thanks, YoshiZelda!
I came up with some imaginative meanings for NSV. I think the best one was "Non-Sucking Vampire" - which would be a vampire on a diet!!! LOL.0
