Hey guys!!
Last year my relationship with both (fitness & eating) was a disaster!! I hardly ate anything, and when I did I spent hours doing things to burn those calories (disguisting I know).
I have now rebuilt my relationship with food and slowly bringing fitness back into the picture! Weight loss can be such a pain in the *kitten* (literally, if you've just done a buncha squats ), but I find that the more I talk about my fitness/eating, the better I am at sticking to it (this is where you all come in ).
Message/add me (not sure how this works lol) if you are looking for some support also! I am an awesome listener and an even better cheerleader (YOU CAN DO IT YAY! ).

What are your fitness goals ? Burn Fat ? Gain Muscle ?
I find it best to establish goals that allow myself to be challenged everyday. Just remember that food is fuel and that each Macro Nutrient has it's purpose.
Carbs - Energy for workouts !
Fats - Brain and metabolic function.
Protein - Building blocks for muscle.
Don't forget your Micro Nutrients as well and water. Have a complete balanced healthy diet.
Are you currently tracking your caloric intake ?0 -
Sorry it took me so long to respond...still getting used to this
I'm going to sound greedy, but I want it ALL (burn fat & build muscle)!! I don't know what macro and micro means and I've been trying to meet my calorie intake that it says, but I can't seem to eat enough, and when I do my carb intake is wayyy over (mostly fruits). I'm a very picky eater and have a lot of trigger foods I need to completely AVOID or I will eat large quantities (peanut butter, bread, CEREAL).0
