Hi everyone i came here looking for help
I have been on a weight loss journey since late 2010 and i've lost 112lbs
just working out at home on the treadmill at home and lifting some weights
and swimming. About 9 monthes ago i decided to go vegan and i love it!
the problem is that the scale hast moved in 9 monthes i been bouncing
back frm 186189 for almost a year. I eat right and eat tons of fruit and veggies
i take my vitamins drink tons of water. I exercise twice a day 6 days a week
but i will be honest im not counting my calorie, but i dont eat junk food anymore
90% of the time its all healthy food. I dont get it? after almost a year of pushing
through it and exercising twice a day everyday. I feel like now its a waste of time
at this point is exercise even helping my body? since my weight isnt moving
and my body doesnt seem to be changing.
If anyone can help me i would be so greatful
Thank you
T

I think you answered your own question. count your calories. I was on Atkins..eating on induction sticking to the list and I didn't lose a thing in a month..would just go up and down between three pounds. I was simply eating too many calories. Now that I'm on mfp I am on my way.0

I would suggest tracking your calories for a week so you can see where your eating is at and what you need to tweak.0

regardless of weather you eat healthy or not, you still need to be aware of total calorie intake.
You can eat 100% clean foods but if you eat more calories than you use on a daily basis then you aren't going to lose weight.0 -
Calories have to be counted, and carbs, I was really surprised to learn the carbs in some fruit! You are to be CONGRATULATED on your weight loss, and dont give up! :flowerforyou:0
