i started doing the 30 day shred on monday and tried to add the c25k to my routine but because of the weather i've only been able to go running once.

i want to add another work out video to my exercise routine for the days where i can't run (or to do every day, depending on how tired i am from the shred)

i've seen people mention zumba and p90x and ripped in 30, but which would you recommend to do WITH the 30DS?

i live in argentina and it's hard to find work out dvds that aren't extremely expensive so preferably things that are available online

THANKS!!!

if youre looking for cardio then I wouldhighly suggest Turbo fire by Chalene Johnson. Both she and the program are AMAZING!!! P90X is awesome, but the workouts are long and they are intense. a newbie can do it, just be ready to anticiapte having to modify a lot. I like to tell my friends that you want to find a program that challenges you but also that isnt so challenging within a week youre ready to quit. If you are looking for a weight training program then look into ChaLean Extreme - yet another Chalene Johnson program. def has the intensity, also has modified moves for everything, and even the cardio portions of the program require light weights - so its awesome all the way around. hth!

I like my workout videos a lot because I can do them at home when not in the mood to go anywhere. I have a bunch of different videos so I don't get bored and my body doesn't get used to the same routine. I have 30ds, Jillian Michael's burn fat boost metabolism, Jillian's shred it weights, core rhythms ( one of my faves that u can also find on YouTube), Pauline Nordin's the Butt bible, and NYC ballet workouts 1 & 2. The but bible is great for all over toning and strength training so I do these often. I do core rhythms several times a week. I do parts of the ballet workout almost daIly because It Increases flexIbIlIty. I switch up the rest of the videos often but really like shred it weights because it is a kettlebell workout.
