I hope this works as im not the most tech savvy person. If it does i have to figure how to put the halfway mark pic in the same post lol.


This is me when i started in May of this year at 198 pounds.

    Thank you ! When i look in the mirror ( without clothes) i feel like i look the same as the start but , noticed the difference for sure when i put on the work out clothes. Feels so great! MFP has been a huge help and inspiration. I cant wait to post the next picture :happy:
