What do you do when switching from one scale to another! I want to start recording my weight from this one and dont have the old one to weigh myself and compare them. I dont want to record a gain!

You should be able to set any new scale either on "O" or whatever adjustment you need, if you know what your current exact weight is.0

Orrrr to make sure it is set "true" you can always put a 5lb bag of sugar (or better, a 5 lbs weight!!) etc on it to check and calibrate the scale.0
