Cashier at Salvation Army

Im a cashier at salvation army its a really big store. I check people out and put clothes and items away all day for 7 and a half hours. Im trying to eat 1400. but I want to lose 2 Ibs a week? and I work only 3 days a week please help? How many calories should I eat and how to log work?

    Typically, in this case you would not log your work. Generally it should be taken as a part of your daily routine. When setting up your goals in MFP you can set yourself to "active" and it will tell you how many calories you should intake as part of your understood routine, taking into consideration your desired weight loss goals.

    But generally 14-1500 is pretty good.

    When I switch to active it changed it to 1290. I guess that will be fine.

    Depending on your starting/goal weight, height and activity level that could be completely fine. My rule of thumb is to just go with how you feel. If you feel hungry (like, legitimately hungry and not simply craving something sweet or bored or something) then have a bite, just don't overdo it and always keep track.

    Are you very tiny? That is a really low number for someone active.
    I'm 5'2 and mine is 1520 if set to moderate...

    Keep in mind you may not weigh enough to lose 2lbs a week in a healthy manner.
