Another newbie

Hi, everyone. I attempted using this site as a tool about a year ago, but didn't stay with it very long. I'm trying to do better this time. I don't like who I see in the mirror and I want to adopt a healthier lifestyle. I'm sure that the encouragement and support from fellow members will help me along the way. Wish me luck!:happy:

    I'm another newbie, just started yesterday and I can already feel a difference with my energy levels now that I'm eating the right kind of foods.

    Thanks for all the encouragement. I find it easiest to plan all my food intake early in the day so that I'm less tempted to stray from my plan. Doing this also enables me to see how many calories I have left so I can plan my nighttime snacks accordingly. Good luck to all of you, also!
