Hi new and have been working kind of backwards!

So all best intentions aside I've actually gained weight since joining myfitnesspal.
Not because it isn't a great tool but just because I have been using it more
as a confessional and then going for broke with my eating habits not having
really taken that much note of them before.

It seems like the more I take note the worse I become so now I am coming to better terms
with keeping a diary, I hope to turn things around in my favour!

  • I actually think that is a good thing. Thats what I did for the first couple of weeks. I saw exactly how bad I was eating. Kind of set me straight. Good luck.

    you could open up your diary so you have some accountability with your friends.

    I did the same thing for a while. Just remember tomorrow is a new day to start fresh. Don't ginve up on yourself because of a few setbacks.
