Trouble finding balance!! HELP!!!

It seems like everyday when it comes time to eat dinner, I have a weird balance of what I have left as far as nutrients for my goals. For example, tonight I had like 350 calories left but no protein or fiber left. (see below) How do you balance your meals so you have enough of all food groups/nutrients to eat a good dinner?
Calories=340
Carbs =36
Fat = 20
Protein = -16 (yes minus 16)
Fiber = 1

What is your protein set for? You can eat a lot more than MFP gives you.
And don't worry about fiber. Eat as much fiber as you want as long as it doesn't upset your digestion.0 -
For protein they suggest 60 grams.....I am following the therapeutic lifestyle change (TLC) diet set up by the national institutes for health in order to lower my cholesterol (and hopefully lose weight in the process)...and my fiber is set at 25 g so it is already pretty high, but it hasn't bothered me yet...so I am not worried about that.....0
