Weight Training Resources

Okay so I am a huge fan of weight training.. I've been doing it for a little less than year and LOVE the results I am seeing.. However, some of the reading I have been doing has made me question if I am doing too much cardio and that might be a reason my weight loss has stalled. Anyway after my two races are completed in August I would like to take strength training to the next level. Earlier this year I hired a trainer for 10 sessions. I still do her workouts. I also do strength training on the Nike App. Plus I do strength training in a Powerflex Class each week.. However, what resources are out there that will teach me how to put together new workouts together so I can keep it fresh??

I would suggest you adopt a free weight program. I do not do it, but New Rules of Lifting for Women is popular. Also, you should look into Starting Strength or Stronglifts.0
