Thank you Deidre.. I went to the gym 5 times a week, I would always try to do 40-50 minutes a day by the Arc trainer. Then in May I started C25K beacuse I wanted to run and 'graduated June 26" and since then I run 3 times a week between 30-40 minutes and lift weights Tue and Thurs.
Eating wise is still a battle that I have but I do drink only water ( and coffee ) at least 7 cups of water a day.0 -
