I LOVE overnight oats, and I want to know how YOU make them!
I combine:
1/2 C Bob's mill extra thick oatmeal
1/4 C Fage Greek yogurt
1/2 C Silk Milk light
1 T chia seeds
1/4 C raspberries
+stevia+cinnamon+vanilla extract
Cover and let refrigerate overnight to absorb the goodness!
Tope with a dollop of peanut butter in the morning, and you've got happiness in a bowl

Mine is pretty close to this except I use steel cut oats and add applesauce, cinnamon and a packet of stevia. I make it in a jelly jar for easy transport.0

It's meant to be eaten cold, straight from the fridge! It's my favorite breakfast because of the texture. It's thick and stick to your ribs good.0

I need to try doing overnight oats sometime. Usually I will make a few servings of oatmeal at home and bring them to work with me to heat up in the morning. Here's my recipe:
-1 serving Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods Gluten Free Oats
-1 tbsp Living Harvest Organic Vanilla Spice Hemp Protein
-a few shakes of of cinnamon
I add a banana and a bit of unsweetend almond milk before I microwave. Very yummy.0 -
bump. they sound like an awesome breakfast!0

Bump . no excuses not to have my oatmeal now!!0

I have this EVERY morning
I make 5 jars on Sunday and then I have breakfast for the week
I use whatever fruit I have available in my house and throw it in the jar.
my fave is raspberries with almond extract then I throw in some almond slivers for extra crunch
LOVE me some mango
I've done pomegranate/blueberry which was quite delish
The BEST thing about these is they are healthy, filling and oh so tasty. There is no right or wrong way to do it0 -

Here's the recipe my hubby LOVES--
Quaker - Old Fashioned Quaker Oats, 1/2 cup dry
Nativas - Raw Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp raw
Mccormick's - Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp. (5mL)
Trader Joe's - Cocoa Powder Unsweetened, 0.5 tbsp
Bell Plantation - Pb2 Powdered Peanut Butter, 1 T
Trader Joe's - Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar, 1 tsp
Trader Joe's - Organic 1% Lowfat Milk, 0.5 Cup
I also do a slow cooker apple cinnamon oatmeal that is like Autumn in a bowl. SO good!

Here is mine
1/2 cup rolled oats
Post Shredded wheat 1 biscuit (for gluten free don't use it, but with it it gets better consistency later)

1 tbsp home made peanut butter
1 pocket stevia (use it only sometimes)
2/3 tbsp cocoa
1 cup almond milk 30 cal
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 banana sliced
3 strawberries sliced
Mix everything together in a bowl and place sliced banana on top and then sliced strawberries. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top0
