Music that moves you?

My playlist is blah! I listen to pandora radio mostly but I am so bored. So what do you listen too?

Foo Fighters is my number one. The pace is perfect for cardio, the heaviness is great for lifting.

for me the best work out music to get me moving is from Black Eyed Peas, Daddy Yankee, Beyonce, Pitbull, Rihanna(some), *****cat Dolls, and if I want to go a lil old school, La Bouche, Micheal Jackson, TLC and some good soundtracks are Honey, Fast & Furious and Step Up 2........... just some general ideas, hope they help!

  • i actually don't listen to music when i work out. usually kids are watching cartoons. but if i feel lazy and need a kick in the butt, i found a cd, and it had the "Cha Cha Slide" on it. the kids love it, and my 4yr old will dance with me. They play it in the bar all the time. apparently drunk folks love it too...... I couldn't tell you how many times we've drank n danced to that song. but it's always a blast. Esp. at the bar!

Laughing at my desk picturing myself running to Buffalo Springfield. It's slow motion during "For What's It's Worth" - can't explain to anyone why I'm laughing.
