Low calorie but cheap snacks

I tend to need to eat regularly throughout the day as for some reason my body can't go for a few hours without eating.
What can you recommend as snacks?
I already have fruit, fat free jelly - jello to American friends! And rice cake type crisps.
Im not a fan of dried fruit/nuts so that's not going on the list!
I will end up in the biscuit tin otherwise!

Wasa sourdough cracker (35 cal) and a wedge of laughing cow cheese (35 cal) the cracker has fiber, low carb no salt and the garlic herb wedge is yummy, then I can make it to the next meal, or hummus and cucumbers....or hard boiled egg no yolk (13 ca.)0
